I contacted Lorraine as I wasn't sure what the technique is
It's called Shimmer Paint Resist
Sponge the Shimmer Paint on your stamp with a sponge dauber and stamp on Glossy Card Stock
Heat set with heat gun and then sponge on color!
I'm SO going to try this!!
Measuements
Fresh Fig Card Base 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"
Whisper White 5 1/4" x 4"
Silver Foil Sheets 3 3/4" x 2"

Hi Jan! 🙂 It was so nice to meet you yesterday!! This is a nice card by Lorraine. I recently saw a video of someone spraying some champaign shimmer mist onto a card and loved that effect! I’ll have to go look and see if SU sells that or if maybe she made it using the paint??
