Supplies:

Stamp Set: Just Sayin' (133200 W, 133203 C, page 36 Occasions Catalog)

Card Stock: Whisper White; Red Glimmer Paper (121790, page 156); Fresh Prints Designer Series Paper Stack (132996, page 33 Occasions Catalog)

Ink:  Black

Embellishment:  8" Real Red 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon (126875, page 173)

Punch:  Scalloped Tag Topper (133324, page 36, Occasions Catalog)/ Small Heart (117193, page 183)

Big Shot:  Word Bubbles Framelits Dies (132968, page 36 Occasions Catalog)

And here's a quick tutorial

1. Cut a piece of Whisper White Card Stock 2" x 7".  Score at 2 3/4" and 4 1/4". 

2.  Punch out each end with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch

3.  Fold on score lines

4.  Wrap a 1" x 3" piece of Designer Series Paper around the candy and attach to inside with glue dots

5.  Add Red Glimmer Hearts to top of candy and front of treat holder

6.  Stamp "Love Ya" from Just Sayin' Stamp Set and cut out with Word Bubble Framelit Die.  Attach to front with dimensional

7.  Tie treat holder together with Real Red 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon
