Stitched Stockings and Skates

I saw this cool idea recently somewhere and then this week Leanne Greff shared it again, so I just had to make one!!  The ladies loved it at the club meeting on Thursday!

Such fun – wouldn't you just love to go skating again?

I used the branch from the  Bird Builder Punch to  make the skates – clever, eh?  Not my original idea!!

I also used the beautiful Silver Glimmer Paper – WOW – I cut three of the branches – two for the bottom of the skates and then slipped the third one apart – I ended up using Sticky Tape to hold the skates on to the "shoes" as they just wouldn't hold with snail!!
