Mary had a Bucking Horse…..♫♫
Did you know that Mary had a bucking horse? According to my two year old granddaughter she does. And, of course, there is a story behind this. Brooklyn and her parents moved to a little town that is defintely a "rodeo" town. This summer they attended two rodeos (so far) and Brooklyn is fascinated with the bucking horses.
One day she was sitting on the floor "reading" a book and singing "Mary had a bucking horse….." Really and truly they didn't teach her that – she just came up with it! We all got such a "kick" out of the little video her mommy took of her.
So my brain started working – there HAD to be a version of "Mary had a….." for bucking horses. So I created a little book just for Brooklyn. I used quite a bit of retired product, but that's okay – anything for a special little girl. The new Yee-Haw set was just perfect!!
Now please remember, I'm NOT poetic in the least!!!!!

I found one of the retired board books and used the old horse sets Bronc Buster and Bareback plus Country Morning and Greeting Card Kids.
And the new Yee-Haw Photopolymer set was just PERFECT!!

Jan, this is just too cute…. She’s truly a little doll and this is going to mean so much to her when she get’s older. About the time she has children, she’s going to pull this out and think of you… Job very well done and I liked your poetry!!
omg that is the sweetest book ever. I’m going to have to get my thinking cap on and create a book for all 5 of my grandchildren. what a special keepsake for Brooklyn. Hats off to you Jan I love, love, love this.
