Lasts Minute Treat Holders/Table Name Tags

Do you need some last minute name tags/Treat Holders?

These are really quick and easy to make

I made 11 for our table in about 30 minutes

They hold two Ghiradelli Squares

Here's a little picture tutorial

Start with a 6" x 6" piece of designer paper

Fold in a triangle

Score along the folded edge at  2 3/4" and 5 3/4

Turn and score at 1/2"

The black lines should be your score lines

Open up and fold along the score linesw

Mountain fold the center score line

Then valley fold the two outer score lines

 

Fold up, punch a hole in both tops, add a ribbon and some treats!!

Wasn't that simple?
