It's always SO exciting to get the new catalogs and this year is NO exception

We had a fun demo get-together yesterday and everyone chose a different set to share

Maralee chose the Southern Serenade Stamp Set

The only BAD thing about getting together is now I have to purchase more stamp sets – know what I mean? So many enablers out there!

Don't you just LOVE this? The new Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper is just to DIE for! Lots of silver accents!

And can you see the "technique" she used? We stamped the flower on a piece of Whisper White, then colored with the Blends

Then we cut carefully from each side and cut out the top of the flower by hand

Next we put the Layering Circles Framelit around the top of the flower and cut out the circle! Neat, eh?

This will be a fun technique to share with my girls!
