Book Box Card Holder or……whatever you need it for

I love to find new card holders.  Shelli Gardner, the co-founder of Stampin' Up shared this one on her blog recently and Crafty Carolyn from the UK shared a video.  I needed some card holders for Christmas, so I got busy and made a couple of them.  They are beautiful and so fun and easy to make!  I highly recommend them – they can hold up to 10 cards with envelopes!

Or…..if you need a gift box for a small item, these would be GREAT!!

This is the first one I made

and then I made this one using designer series paper from the brand new 2017 Occasions (Spring/Summer) catalog.  Has yours arrived yet?  If you have purchased from me this past year, you should have your new catalog by now AND the new Sale-A-Bration catalog.  These will be good starting January 4th.

And here's the 2nd one

Add Tear & Tape to the inside of the cover and then add ribbon.  You will need about 26" of ribbon so you can tie a bow

At this point I used the corner rounder and rounded all 4 corners of the outside of the book

I also corner rounded the front mat (see pictures)

The more times you "enter" the better chance of winning!
