Beveled Windowpanes Stampin’ Up Occasions Mini Catalog 2011

I have been wanting to try out the Beveled Windowpanes that are brand new in the Stampin' UP Occasions Mini Catalog 2011.  These come in a package of 12 with 3 sizes 4 each of 1 1/2" x 2", 1" x 1 1/4" and 1" x 1".  They will highlight anything on your project and are great fun to use

Here's the card I came up with – you can see the acrylic windowpane in the picture – it brings the focus on the stamped flower image!

Stamp Set:  Baby Blossoms (WM 121927, CM 122000, page 18 Occasions Mini 2011), Thanks for Caring (WM 121901, CM 121961, page 13 Occasions Mini 2011)

Card Stock:  Real Red, Pretty in Pink Whisper White

Ink:  Real Red, Wild Wasabi

Embellishments:  Beveled Windowpanes (121881, page 28 Occasions Mini 2011), Antique Brads (117273, page 187), 3/8" Real Red Taffeta Ribbon (119763, page 191)

Punch:  Curly Label (119851, page 202),

Big Shot:  Textured Impressions Embossing Folder Square Lattice (119976, page 214)

I ran the ribbon through the little "holes" on the sides of the Beveled Windowpane and then around to the back of the two layers of cardstock.  I then added the brads around the ribbon .
