To make the the template for the dress in Whisper White Card Stock and Vellum Card Stock, you can print off the template below and place it on your Scallop Circle and trim it.
I sponged the medium paper daisy and adhere it with the filigree brad (mini glue dots). then added a large basic pearl!! Oh, almost forgot – ran the vellum through the Manhatten Flower Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.
