Balloon Celebration Birthday Card
Have you checked out the Balloon Celebration Suite in the 20167 Occasions Catalog? If not you probably should because it's really a versatile set. We made this card at our Shoebox Swap nad I love how it turned out. Unfortunately I don't have the originators name, but she did a fantastic job on designing this card
The strips of paper behind the main focus really add to this card – great way to use up designer series paper scraps!!

Whisper White Card Base 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"
Layer 2 – three strips of Designer Paper which measure 5 1/2" x 1" each
Layer 3 Basic Black 4 3/4" x 3 1/2"
Layer 4 Mint Macaron 4 1/2" x 3 1/4"
