Bridge Fold Card

Maybe you have seen this bridge fold card.  I first saw it on Lyssa Zwolenk's site and loved it!!

I made these cards as a demo for my clubs in September and finally was able to share them this last Thursday!

What a FUN fold – and it folds up to fit into a regular A2 envelope!!  LOVE that!

Here's a little tutorial with the measurements

Card Base Sweet Sugarplum 8" x 4 1/4"

Score at 1 1/4", 2 1/2", 5 1/2" and 6 3/4"

Fold as you can see in picture

Decorations

Center

Old Olive 4" x 2 3/4"

Whisper White 3 3/4" x 2 1/2"

4 pieces for the fronts and insides 4" x 1" ( I used the Petal Garden Designer Series Paper Stack)

Front "bridge"

 Rich Razzleberry 5 1/2" x 1 1/4" 

Petal Garden DSP Stack 5 1/4" x 1"

Instructions

Score the card base and fold on score lines

Adhere the designer series paper and inside pieces

Adhere the designer series paper to the "bridge" piece

Add some Tear & Tape to the "bridge" piece 1" on each side

Add the bridge piece to one side

Then fold the other side and adhere the to the other side

That's it!!  SO easy and so cute!  

Fold up one side to fit into a regular A2 envelope
