Washi Washi and a “Suite Deal”
One of the things we heard LOTS on our Cruise to the Mediterranean was "Washi, Washi." Now I KNOW they weren't talking about Washi Tape, but I always thought of that – they were making sure we washed our hands, so no one would get sick! Great idea too!
My sister and I have had a plan in mind for a couple of months. That plan was to make lots of cards using our Washi Tape. Do YOU have lots of Washi Tape and find you don't use it? Well, I have LOTS of ideas so you can use your washi tape. These layouts are fun and SO eash – I actually ended up making 40 cards in about a day and a half. Some were duplicates, but lots were NOT! I will share these over the next few days, and hopefully it will inspire YOU to get get out that Washi Tape and use it!!
I'm finding I'm LOVING the new 2016-2018 In-Colors, so I incorporated some of them into these cards!
I was always told by my upline that I needed to make two of every card – one to send and one to keep – I seldom do that, but this time, it was fun to make two and change them up a bit each time! I used the Peek-A-Boo Peach on the left card and the Sweet Sugarplum on the right card. Oh am I ever loving these colors. I just added one line of Washi Tape, punched out the Elegant Butterfly and then added the smaller Bitty Butterfly inside the larger butterfly. I added a sentiment and WOW – done!!
