Twitterpated Valentine with Washi Tape

I saw this idea shared on pinterest – not sure who shared it, but loved the idea so hd to make it up!!  I also used the new Itty Bitty Accents Epoxy Stickers in the 2015 Occasions Catalog!  LOVE them.  They come clear, but you can color them with the Blendabilities!!  They come in hearts, stars and circles!

Isn't that just the cutest?

I cut pieces 2 of card stock 4 3/4" x 3 1/4".  I added Stacked with Love Designer Washi Tape to one piece and then using the Hearts Framelits and the Sweetheart punch, I punched out hearts and placed this over the Washi Tape piece with dimensionals
