Quick, Easy Masculine Card – August Club Project

I'm always being asked to do masculine cards – and quite often they end up as "hunting" type cards. So this month Holly asked for a "non-hunting" card

Supplies:

Stamp Set:  Countryside (WM 116998, CM 120495, page 100), On Your Birthday (111664, page 163)

Card Stock:  Crumb Cake, Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler

Ink:  Early Espresso, Real Red and Cajun Craze Stampin’ Write Markers

Embellishment:  Early Espresso 1/8” Taffeta Ribbon (6 ½”)

Punch:  Decorative Label Punch (120907, page 209)

Big Shot:  Square Lattice Textured Impression Embossing Folder (119976, page 218)

Step 1:  Run base Crumb Cake card stock through Square Lattice Embossing Folder about 2” up from the bottom

Step 2.  Stamp pickup in Early Espresso and color apples with Real Red Stampin’ Write Marker and “grass” around pickup with Cajun Craze Stampin’ Write Marker

Step 3:  Adhere Early Espresso 1/8” Taffeta Ribbon around Whisper White Card Stock.  Attach pickup to Cherry Cobbler piece and adhere to card front

Step 4.  Stamp Birthday with and punch with decorative label punch.  Punch Decorative Label in Cherry Cobbler and cut apart and attached as frame to sentiment.

A quick, easy masculine card for any man, right?
