Hexagon Hive meets Hardwood
Yep two of my favorite new products – the Hexagon Hive Thinlit and the Hardwood Background Stamp. Oh this is such a great stamp. I saw this idea on Janet Wakeland's site and just had to share it. Dont' you just LOVE how it turned out. I first stamped the Hardwood Background Stamp on the Crumb Cake card base with Soft Suede Ink. I then stamped it again on another piece of Crumb Cake card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Hexagon Hive Thinlit (using wax paper for easy removal!!). I mounted the "hive" on the card based with dimensionals. LOVE it!! This card would bring a smile to anyone's face!!
I used the Simple Stems stamp set from the Occasions Catalog – stamped it three times in Strawberry Slush and then cut it out and layered three layers!! Really gives it dimension!!
