Framelits – have you SEEN them?
Oh dear – these Framelits are just SO astounding. You can cut out interesting shapes AND you can emboss with them. I'm having such fun with them. They are really stury even though at first they don't seem like it. But you CAN bend them, so I found this really neat idea for how to store them. I've seen a number of people share this, so I went with it. And with my messy desk (see below), you can imagine those little items can get lost easily, but so far this has been the ticket for keeping them together (and from getting bent).
I have been working on my swaps for Leadership – and this is what my desk looks like tonight.
Oh dear – but I'll get it cleaned up (hopefully) before we leave. Sam and I head out on Monday for Portland and fly out early Tuesday morning for San Antonio, TX. This will be my first experience at the Leadership Conference and I'm really looking forward to it!! The conference is from Wednesday to Friday and then….there is a Regional on Saturday at the same place as the conference. So….had to stay for that.
As soon as I get the last swap done, I'll take pictures and share with you. But on to the way to store these wonderful new Framelits!
These are the Clear-Mount Stamp Cases found on page 205 of the Idea Book and Catalog (Item # 119105) I printed out a label from My Digital Studio – slipped it into the case and then added a 5" x 6" piece of our Magnet Sheets (119816, page 216) to each side. The Framelits fit perfectly and what a way to keep track of them!! I also made up one for the Edgelits. Stampin' Up has promised more of these wonderful Big Shot items in the future and I can see my collection growing, safely stored in these cases.
And on the BACK of the case are is the "sandwich" so you have it handy when you go to use the Framelits
