Easter Treats

I am the fortunate recipient of these DARLING little Easter treat holders.  Am I the lucky one or what?  I have some very talented friends, eh?

This first Easter Basket is really clever and holds a LOT of treats – YUM

My friend, Dee, made this – she tried to order the Oval Framelits ( on the DO NOT ORDER list at the moment), so I loaned her mine!!

And…..she made one for ME!!

Isn't he just precious?  

She used the largest Oval Framelit that is scallopped for the front the back.  These were embossed with the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder (133520) and she added a piece of Whisper White Card in the center that measures 6 1/2" x 3 1/2" and is scored at 2" from each end and 1/2" on the long sides.  These are attached to both sides for the "basket".  She then used the 2nd and 3rd largest ovals to make the handles.

The bunny's face is a 2 3/8" Scallop Circle (118874) and then embossed with the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder (133520)

The bunnies teeth are made with the Owl Builder Punch (118074) – this is the "dress" turned upside down.  HOW CLEVER IS THAT!!  SO cute

Here's a side view – yes it's filled with Ghiradelli Chocolates, Cadbury egg and some Jelly Beans!

Dee also gave me this little Cadbury Egg Holder.  Isn't her little chick SO cute.  It's made from the 1 1/4" scallop circle (127811)!!
