And you can see why she called it "Pretty Pleats"

It looks hard, but is really quiet simple

 

Measurements

Basic White Thick Card Base 11" x 4 1/4" scored at 5 1/2"

Highland Heather 4 3/4" x 3 1/2"

Gorgeous Grape 4 1/8" x 2 7/8"

Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper 4" x 2 5/8"

Inside:  Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper 12" x 4"

Basic White 3 1/2" x 2 1/2"

Small pieces for sentiments

To make this card, you score the inside designer series paper at 3", 4", 5", 6", 7", 8" & 9"

Accordion fold the "pleats" or score lines – then stretch it out and adhere to each side
