Day #10 of my 25 Days of Christmas

Here is a "traditional" colored Holiday Card using the Ornaments Keepsakes set.  Have to have some traditional, right?

Stamp Set:  Ornament Keepsakes (128048 W, 128051 C, page 3 Holiday Catalog)

Card Stock:  Old Olive, Whisper White

Ink:  Real Red

Embellishment:  1/2" Old Olive Scallop Dots Ribbon (124139, page 172)

Big Shot:  Holiday Ornaments Framelits (127816, page 3 Holiday Catalog), Holiday Frame Embossing Folder (127820, page 7 Holiday Catalog)

TIP:  If you have problems with a little "creasing" when using the Holiday Frame Embossing Folder, I've found some things that work well.  I actually use the retired Silicone pads (used with the Texturz Plates that are now retired).  The sandwich is

Today, at our demonstrator meeting, Linda shared another great tip which I'm going to try next time.  Put a piece of wax paper INSIDE the embossing folder on top of the card stock.  That works great!!  Thanks for the great tip Linda!

I hope you are getting some great ideas from my 25 Days of Christmas!!  More tomorrow……..
