Day #24 of 25 Days of Christmas – Scensational Seasons Ribbon Card
Day #24 of 25 Days of Christmas. Here is a "scrap ribbon" card using the Scensational Season Stamp Set. Isnt' this just the cutest? You might remember I shared how to make these scrap ribbon cards after the Stampin' UP Convention last July. Here's a link to my tutorial. Same way for this card

Card Stock: Crumb Cake, Real Red
Ink: Real Red
Ribbon: 3/8" Gumball Green Stitched Satin Ribbon (126848, page 172), Whisper White 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon (126877, page 173), 1/8" Real Red Taffeta Ribbon (119251, page 172); 1/2" Chocolate Chip Scallop Dots Ribbon (124142, page 172)
Big Shot: Holiday Collection Framelits (127814, page 16 Holiday Catalog)
Just a quick review:
Cut out the figures with the Framelits and Big Shot using Crumb Cake Card Stock (cut 5 1/4" x 4"). Cut another piece of card stock 5 1/8" x 3 7/8". Line this piece up behind the cutouts and trace with a penci. Add adhesive to cover each penciled drawing (I did it one at a time, so they wouldn't overlap). Cut small pieces of "leftover" ribbon and lay across the penciled drawing. The Gumball Green and Chocolate Chip were used for the tree and gingerbread man. I used the real red 1/8" taffeta and 1/4" Whisper White Grosgrain for the candy cane (as you can see in the picture.
After getting all the ribbon attached, place crumb cake piece over to make sure each piece is fully covered. Then attach with dimensionals. Attach this to the front of the card. (see tutorial above for more details)
