Cruise Class Project #5 – Instructions

Everyone loved this project – really easy and SO striking.  Again one I saw on the cruise.

 
Supplies Used:  Fabulous Florets Stamp Set (W 123024, C 123027, page 22 Summer Mini)

Beyond the Garden Designer Series Paper (122342, page 23 Summer Mini)

I added some Pacific Point, Whisper White and Old Olive as accents

You are probably wondering about the "frame" for the stamp image.  This is made using the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch (119275, page 211). You start with a piece of card stock that is 3" square.  Line up one side in the punch so it's even on both sides.  Punch.  Turn to the next side and do the same thing – to all 4 sides.  You end up with a nice "frame" and a piece in the center where you can stamp.

Line up and punch one side

 

 

Then punch the next three sides and you have a beautiful frame

 
 
 

 To assemble card

Step 1.  Attached old olive and designer series paper to card base

Step 2.  Stamp "vine" from Fabulous Florets set on the 1 7/8" square piece of Whisper White Card Stock

Step 3.  Adhere stamped image in the center of the Pacific Point frame

Step 4.  Add Basic Pearls (119247, page 198) and adhere to card front

Done!!   This card would make a beautiful birthday, friend, sympathy card!
