Double Vision Cards made from Photographs

One of my good friends and downline, Tamara H, made these beautiful thank you cards from photographs of the engaged couple and they have asked her to make their thank you cards!

This technique is called the “Double Vision”.

Isn’t that just the coolest idea? What a really neat idea to send out as thank you notes.

If you haven’t seen these “double vision cards, you can see my Facebook Live on You Tube here

I just love this idea and will be using it sometime in the future!

To make the card, cut a piece of cardstock 5″ x 3 3/4″.

Cut the picture in 1/2″ strips.

The first strip will be adhered flat on the cardstock.

Then the 2nd strip will be laid down as a “spacer” and not adhered down.

The third strip will be adhered flat; the 4th will be used as a spacer and not adhered down.

Do this for all the strips across the card.

Once you have every other one adhered down, take out the spacers and add Stampin’ Dimensionals to each one. Now add the spacer strips back in.

Once you have that done, add a sentiment and adhere this piece to a card base!
