Scallop Square Die Rag Purses
My daughter and I had a full day making the Rag Purses using fabric and the Scallop Square Die. What fun!! We ended up making five bags and have lots more fabric to make more…..another day.
Here are four of them
This is the first one – I always wanted a black and white purse. I used the scraps for a Flower Folds Fabric Brooch to match!
This is the second one I made – I purchased Fat Quarters for this one – loved that they were matching!!
I still need to add handles and finish it off, but I forgot to get matching fabric for handles. Another day 🙂
This is the one my daughter made – she used flannel – it really turned out cute. We made a Flower folds Brooch for this one also.
And one for my grandaughter – she had fun picking out the colors
And one for my grandson (8 years old). He also picked out his own colors
The grandchildren had so much fun doing this, they now have decided to make the scrap quilts. We will use larger squares; but what fun for them!!
