Another Glimmer Card with Ornaments!
I love the simplicity, but elegance of this card – I cased it from Leanne Greff – one of my Stampin' Up colleagues. Changed it bit to add some dazzle, but love this simple layout
Supplies:
Stamp Set: Hand-Penned Holidays (WM 124310, CM 124312, page 15 Holiday Mini)
Card Stock: Basic Black,Whisper White, Silver Glimmer Paper (124005, page 41 Holiday Mini), Mocha Morning Specialty Designer Paper (122366, page 183)
Embellishment: 1/8” Basic Black Taffeta Ribbon (119261, page 195)
Big Shot: Vintage Wallpaper Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (120175, page 219), Stocking Accents Originals Die (124099, page 24 Holiday Mini). Scallop Duo Bigz Die (120903)
Instructions
- Run Whisper White through Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder about 2/3” from the top. Stamp “Merry Christmas” on bottom in Black Staz-on
- Run 3 ¼” square of Basic Black Card Stock through Scallop Duo Bigz Die
- Cut Whisper White 2 ½” square
- Cut Mocha Morning 2 ¼” square
- Run Silver Glimmer Paper through Stocking Accents Originals Die for the ornament
- Using mat, line up and punch holes into ornament
- Attach to layered pieces with dimensionals.
- Tie 1/8” taffeta ribbon in a bow and attach to top of ornament with mini glue dot
