I saw this card on a table and couldn't really figure out how it was made – AND then I came home with it!!!  YIPPEE SKIPPEE!  I'll be casing this too as it's such a darling card

First it was packaged in this darling envelope that Doreen ran through the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder

Then here it is after taking off the Belly Band
