Birthday Blooms Stamp Set; Elegant Birthday Card

I saw an idea like this on Pinterest, and just had to make it.  I used the Birthday Blooms Stamp Set from the 2016 Occasions Catalog  and watercolored the rose and leaves using Watercolor Paper.  After stamping it in VersaMark and heat setting white embossing powder, I color it and then fussy cut it and mounted it on the card with dimensionals.  I ended up with using the Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Pen and colored the flower.  The picture doesn't do it justice, but in real life, it's outstanding!

Doesn't the stripe Blushing Bride designer series paper just set off the flower?

I used the Small Scallop Stampin' Trimmer Rotary Cutting Blade for the scallop in the center!!
