It's actually a combination of two different techniques

Booking Binding Technique

and Z Fold Technique

I made this for some swaps at OnStage (Stampin' Up Convention)

Azure Afternoon  Card Base 11" x 4 1/4" scored at 2 1/8", 4 1/4" and 5 1/2"

Azure Afternoon  4 1/4" x 3 1/2"

Lighter Than Air Designer Series Paper 3 pieces 4" x 1"; 4" x 2" and 4" x 3"

Basic White 4" x 3"

Azure Afternoon 3" x 3" (for sentiment)

Basic White 3" x 3" (for sentiment)

And Basic White for stamping flowers
