Technique Tuesday for May Brayered Sanded Embossing

This month we focused on the Brayer – there are TONS more ways to use it, but I loved these two techniques.

The first one is Brayered Sanded Embossing

Here's the sample we made

Supplies:

Stamp Set:  Best of Everything (WM 123534, CM 123536, page 103)

Card Stock:  Baja Breeze, Whisper White, Calypso Coral

Ink:  Island Indigo, Calypso Coral

Punch:  Curly Label (119851, page 209)

Tools:  Brayer, Big Shot, Sanding Block, Textured Impressiosn Embossing Folder

Instructions:

Using your brayer, ink up with choice of color and brayer Whisper White Card Stock

Run through the Big Shot in one of the Textured Impressions Embossing Folders (I used Finial Press)

Lightly sand the embossing areas to bring out the white

Add to your card

A very simple, but very effective way to show off your embossing!
