Pineapples, pineapples everywhere

I couldn't believe the BIG Pineapple background stamp in the new catalog – really?  Truly?  But if you check around, you will see the Pineapple and any tropical theme is the "in" thing!  Just check out the Pop of Pink Suite on pages 84-85 of the 2016-2017 Annual Catalog – pretty cool, eh?

So I decided I had to have the Pineapple Background Stamp and wanted to share the card I made

  Who doesn't LOVE a tropical theme?  Hawaii, here we come……

I masked off the bottom and top to get the two different colors!  

What do I mean by "masking off".  Just place a piece of paper over the part you don't want stamped and stamp.  Then re-ink in another color and mask off the opposite part!

How did I get the burst behind – I stamped it on the card base and then cut out the pineapple and overlayed it!!
