I used the Traditional Wreath 3D Embossing Folder to emboss the background and then cut out a snowflake using the Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper. This suite of products is just stunning! This card is called a Splilt Front Card. You cut the card base at 5 3/4″ x 5 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″ You then cut a piece of the card stock 5 1/2″ x 1 1/2″. The Peace on Earth Die set has two dies that coordinate, so I cut them together and made the Garden Green frame for the snowflake.
