Dresser and Side Step Cards
I just love Jackie Topa's ideas and her dresser card is just darling.
Card Stock: Crumb Cake, Basic Black, Newsprint Designer Series Paper (117166, page 175)

She gives you directions for cutting the card and here's a little review
Cut your card stock like you would for a regular card 5 1/2" x 8 1/2"
At the 2 3/4" (or center) of the long side, cut from 1" to 5 1/4". Score from one outside edge at 1" and 2"
Fold first with a mountain fold and then with a valley fold. Then burnish the top of the right side.
Add your drawers (2" x 3/4") with dimensionals.
Cut the bottom left front with about 1/2" of the curly label punch to get the "legs" effect. The on the right side with the scallop edge punch.
The roses are made with the Beary Lovely Sizzlit (117987, page 217). I cut two in Old Olive and then two of the rose buds in Real Red and mounted and roses on top of the stems.
Any sentiment could be added to the front above the scallop edge punch!!
This could be a special card for a "thinking of you" friend.

This is a side step card – very different fold, but lots of fun - think of all the possibilites to make some really beautiful cards!!

I Stamped and cut out the feet and hat and adhered them on the drawers. Simple and lots of fun!!
