Circle of Spring Thank you Card Emboss Resist

Yep I'm back with some Emboss Resist – LOVE this technique and can't seem to get enough of it!!  It's SO striking!

This is a project we did in our club meetings this month and everyone LOVED it!

I have to admit I hadn't used the Circle of Spring stamp set yet and I really NEEDED to!

Isn't this just the cutest?

I honestly feel it's one of my favorite cards I've made in the last few months!

Measurements

Watermelon Water Card Base 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"

In-Color 2015-2017 Color Stack Watermelon Water Stripe 5 1/2" x 2 1/2"

Whisper White 4" x 4"

Start by stamping the wreath in VersaMark on the 4" x 4" Whisper White

Heat set this with white embossing powder

Using sponge daubers, sponge the colors covering the white embossing

Oops – this is the Christmas one I did – I'll share it below – but the same idea!  I just used different colors!

After all colors are on, wipe the embossing part off with a paper towel.  That will take any ink off the embossing

Then cut it out with the Wonderful Wreath Framelits

TIP:  when stamping the wreath, there is a little "arrow" at the top – I write "Top" at the top (duh!!), so when I get ready to cut it out with the framelits, it's extremely easy to line it up perfectly

I mounted the wreath with dimensionals

Then stamped the bow and cut it out with the matching framelit

I added a little Whisper White Perfect Accent to the center!  Really sets it off!
