Lynn used a piece of card stock 11" x 4 1/4"  

She scored at 3 1/4" x 5 1/2" and then folded the front part back and added some Tear & Tape to make a pocket on the left side!

Clever, eh?  Perfect for any occasion where you want to give a gift card.
