October Club Project – Dryer Sheet Technique

Have you ever tried the Dry Sheet Technique.  At our recent downline meeting, Char shared this with us and we ALL fell in love with it.  I had to share with my stampers!  The Ornamental Pine Stamp Set in the Holiday Catalog was PERFECT for this technique!!

You really can't see how stunning this card is!!  My photo skills aren't the greatest!

Here's a little explanation of this technique

First stamp your image – let it dry thoroughly.

Using the Stampin' Glue Stick, spread glue all over the stamped image

Next take a USED dryer sheet and spread it all over your stamped and glued image

Then add Dazzling Diamonds Glitter over it.  We then spread a piece of copy paper over and rubbed it thoroughly!

Trim off the dryer sheet and you have a beautiful card!

Really quite simple!

I hope you will try this cool technique.

Here are the products I used for this card

  1. Very clever idea…and not only is it pretty, I’ll bet it retains a bit of the ‘smell’ from the dryer sheet…. I’m gonna have to try this technique
